Dr. Victoria Lakshmi Hamah is a Researcher, Gender Equality Activist, and Former Deputy Minister of State whose work examines governance, gender, and public leadership. Holding a Doctorate in Public Administration and Policy Management from the University of Ghana, she critically explores gendered power relations and women’s influence within political systems. Her experiences in public office, including the controversies and scrutiny that shaped her political journey, have given her a profound understanding of the turbulent terrain women navigate in public life. As Lead Consultant of POWA Signature, she combines scholarship and lived experience to support women through strategic branding, reputation management, and leadership positioning.
